The Equality Institute (EQI) is a global feminist agency working to advance gender equality and end violence against women and girls.
EQI has conducted over 50 studies across 20 countries and multiple sectors, and trained thousands of researchers, practitioners and policy makers. They deliver innovative, multi-media education to promote a global feminist conversation and ignite social change.
They also support women’s rights organisations and seek to shape policy and practice in Australia and international through strategic engagement and advocacy.
“I founded the EQI because I believe that violence against women is preventable, and that everyone will benefit from a more gender equal world. But that requires all of us to play a role in creating positive change.”
